The automatic hydraulic press uses the moldframe floating structure. It achieves the effect of two-way pressure byadjusting the compression piston with the box movement speed difference.

 

The automatic hydraulic press uses theforced mixing feeding which is suitable for the fast uniform feeding indifferent raw materials system. Flexible clip brick can improve the efficiencyof billet and brick quality effectively and enhance the rate of suppressiongreatly.

 

The automatic hydraulic press can configurea stacking machine or a robot stacker. Both machines can realize the crossstacking layer by layer, greatly reducing the labor, so that we can reduce theprobability of stacking, improve the yield and easy to realize that packingwithout pallets after kettle.

 

The automatic control system adopts theprogrammable logic controller with simple operation and reliable performance ,and the control program has been fully optimized to improve the workingperformance of the press.

 

The control panel using to display andoperate is high-performance and easy to operate. The setting, adjustment andmodification of compression parameter are convenient and flexible.
