On September 5, 5 100-ton ball mills manufactured by HLT&DLT were loaded and shipped to the core region of the Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt. The 100-ton eco-friendly and energy-saving ball mill system is primarily used for the intermittent wet milling of ceramic materials.
This system offers several performance advantages, including a 25% reduction in machinery footprint, 30% lower labor intensity, 15% savings in infrastructure costs, and a 5% reduction in energy consumption. It effectively addresses technical challenges such as low output, high energy consumption, and pollution.
Since 2017, Huatian Ceramics has collaborated with HLT&DLT three times. Notably, in 2017, Huatian Ceramics introduced HLT&DLT's complete plant intelligent machinery with a daily capacity of 35,000㎡, filling a critical gap in Xinjiang's high-end tile production at the time.
